    猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis)属革兰氏阳性兼性厌氧菌。猪链球菌病是由多种不同群的链球菌感染引起的猪的一类传染病的总称，属人兽共患病,世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将猪链球菌病列为B类疫病，我国将其列为二类动物疫病。
