background:
TdT is a nuclear enzyme involved in the recombination of Immunoglobulin and T cell receptor genes. It is expressed in early lymphoid cells and by tumour cells in certain classes of acute lymphoid leukaemia.

Interacts with PRP19 and DNTTIP1. Forms a ternary complex with DNTTIP2 and core histone. Released from this complex by PCNA.

Nucleus.
