Rabbit Anti-WNT10B/FITC Conjugated antibody
background:
Wnts comprise a family of secreted signaling proteins that regulate diverse developmental processes. Activation of Wnt signaling by Wnt10b inhibits differentiation of preadipocytes and blocks adipose tissue development. In bone development, Wnt10b shifts cell fate toward the osteoblast lineage.
Subcellular Location:
Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix.
Tissue Specificity:
Detected in most adult tissues. Highest levels were found in heart and skeletal muscle. Low levels are found in brain.
Similarity:
Belongs to the Wnt family.
