background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that shares sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine is expressed by activated T cells, and has been shown to stimulate the production of several other cytokines, including IL6, IL8, and CSF2/GM_CSF. This cytokine is also found to inhibit the angiogenesis of endothelial cells and induce endothelial cells to produce IL2, TGFB1/TGFB, and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1. Function:
RNA-binding protein that regulates alternative splicing events.
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus. Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity:
Expressed in activated, but not resting, CD4+ T-cells and activated monocytes.
Similarity:
Contains 1 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain.

Blank control: A549.
Primary Antibody (green line): Rabbit Anti-NeuN antibody (SL10394R-FITC)
Dilution: 2μg /10^6 cells;
Isotype Control Antibody (orange line): Rabbit IgG .
Protocol
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature)and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃.The cells were then incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
