Zinc finger protein 75 (ZNF75), also known as ZNF82, is a 289 amino acid member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc finger protein family. Localized to the nucleus, ZNF75 contains five C2H2-type zinc fingers and one KRAB domain through which it is thought to be involved in DNA-binding and transcriptional regulation.
Function:
May be involved in transcriptional regulation.
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus.
Similarity:
Belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.
Contains 5 C2H2-type zinc fingers.
Contains 1 KRAB domain.
Contains 1 SCAN box domain.
